We want logging into your account to be super easy and safe! This guide will help you log in and show you what to do if you forget your password.

How to log in

You’ll need your member number and your password to log in.

  • Using the Mobile App:
  1. Open the app on your phone.
  2. Enter your login details. If you’ve set it up before, you can even use your Face ID to log in quickly.
  • Using the Website:
  1. Go to our website "Log In" area.
  2. Enter your member number, date of birth and password.

Forgot your password?

Forgot your password? No problem! Here’s how to reset it:

  1. On the login page of the app or website, find the link that says "Password Reset" or “Forgotten your password?”.
  2. Enter your member number and personal details so we can check it’s you.
  3. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Once you’ve made your new password, you can log in as usual.
Important note: Please make sure the details you provide match what we have on file for a smooth password reset. If anything's different or you need help, just contact us!

Keep your password safe

  • Don’t share your password with anyone.
  • We will never ask for your password over email, text, or phone.
