Changing jobs happens, and it's okay! If you have a loan with us and you're leaving your job, you might wonder what happens to your payments. Don’t worry - your loan is with us, not your employer, and you can keep paying it without any trouble.
What happens to my payments?
If you’re paying through your wages, that will stop when you leave your job. But no problem! You can switch to paying directly from your bank account instead.
What do I need to do?
Here’s how to switch your payments in 3 easy steps:
- Tell us: Let us know you’re leaving your job and your last day.
- Set up direct debit: We’ll help you set up automatic payments from your bank.
- Pick a payment date: Choose a day (either the 1st or 15th) for your payments to go through.
That’s it! Once your new payments are set up, everything will run smoothly.
