Don't worry - it happens to the best of us! Your member number is easy to find. Here are a few ways to look it up.
Check the App
- Log in to the app
- Tap the menu icon on the top left
- Your member number will be listed at the top of the sidebar
Check Online Banking
- Log in at our website
- Your member number will be shown near the top of this page
Check Your Welcome Email
When you first joined, we sent you a welcome email. Your member number will be listed here.
Try searching "member number" in your email inbox - it should be easy to find! Check for messages from the following email addresses: info@serveandprotectcu.co.uk and enquiries@policecu.co.uk
Tip: If you can't find the email in your inbox, don't forget to check your spam or junk mail folders just in case!
