Thinking about taking some money out of your savings account? That’s great! We want to make it super easy for you to get your money when you need it.

Here’s a simple guide on how quickly your money will arrive in your bank account after you ask for it.

How it works

When you ask to withdraw some of your savings, we get to work sending it over to your regular bank account (such as Barclays, Lloyds, or another bank).

We send these payments out at the end of the day (after 4:00 PM).

So, when will my money arrive?

  • If you ask for your money on a weekday morning (Monday to Friday):
    • It will usually be in your bank account by the end of the same day.
  • If you ask for your money in the afternoon or evening:
    • It will be sent the next working day and should be in your account by the end of that day.
  • If you ask for your money over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or on a bank holiday:
    • We will send it on the very next working day. For example, if you make a request on a Saturday, we’ll process it on Monday.

We always try our best to get your money to you as fast as we can. If you have any questions, our friendly team is always happy to help.
