Log in to the app
Tap the menu icon on the top left

Click "Messages" in the menu options
Select "New Message"
Choose what you'd like to speak about and send your message

Give us a call

Give us a call to chat with a friendly team member. You can reach us at 0121 700 1222. We’re here to take your call from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (from 9:30 AM on Wednesdays).

If you don't need an answer right away, you can send us an email. We'll write back to you as fast as we can, usually by the next day.
