Are you thinking about a new job or leaving your old one? You might wonder what happens to your Serve and Protect membership. Good news!

Your membership stays with you

Even if you leave your job, you can still be a part of our family. Your membership with us lasts forever, no matter where you work next.

All your benefits remain

You'll still be able to use all your accounts, access loans, and enjoy our member benefits.

Easy ways to keep saving

If you usually save from your pay, you'll just need to set up a direct debit for the money to come from your bank. If your new job also allows for payroll deduction, just let us know!

If you're stopping work because you're retiring, sometimes your employer can still help you save from your pension. If not, no worries! You can easily set up a direct debit with us over the phone, or we can mail you how to do it.

We're here to help

Our team is here to help you with these changes. Just call us, and we'll make it easy for you!
