Think you can’t get a loan because your credit score isn’t great? Don’t worry! Your credit score isn’t the only thing we look at. We believe everyone deserves a chance.

Here’s how you can still get a loan, even if your credit score isn’t perfect.

We look at more than your credit score

Big banks focus on numbers, but we care about YOU. We want to help, not just make money. That’s why we look at more than just your credit score. We check:

  • Your income and how steady your job is
  • If you can afford to make loan payments
  • If you’re already a member and your history with us
  • Your open banking, to see how you manage your money and regular payments like Direct Debits

If we see you can handle the loan and have a plan to pay it back, we’ll do our best to help. Helping you matters most to us.

Inclusive loan options

If your credit score isn’t great, we also offer our Inclusion Loan, where we only use open banking to assess affordability. With your permission, we will check your current bank transactions to understand your finances better.

You can apply for this loan if you can pay it back through payroll deduction (ask if your employer works with us). It has a higher interest rate, but we don’t need to check your credit score. Learn more on our website!

Prepare for the future

Even if you get a loan now, it’s super important to improve your credit score. Paying your loan on time shows lenders you’re responsible. Over time, this can help you get better loans with lower interest rates.

Got questions? Need help? Our friendly team is here to work with you and find the best solution.

Important: Loan approval isn’t guaranteed. We review every application based on your personal situation.
