How to apply for a loan?

Applying for a loan is simple! Just follow the steps below, depending on whether you're already a member or not.

If you’re not a member yet

You can join and apply for a loan all at once - easy!

1. Fill out one form

• Use our online form to apply for membership and a loan at the same time
• You’ll need to share some basic information and a photo ID

1. What happens next?

• We’ll review your membership and loan application together
• We’ll let you know if your loan is approved

If you’re already a member

You can apply through Online Banking or our Mobile App - just go to the ‘Account Management’ section, click 'Personal Loan' and fill out the form. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Info about your income and spending
• Your bank account details
• The amount you want to borrow

We’ll normally ask you for some supporting information, such as payslips and permission to use open banking. If we need anything else, we’ll let you know. Once you apply:

1. We’ll review your application as quickly as possible.
2. If approved, we’ll send you an agreement to sign.
3. After that, the money will go straight to your account.
