When you’re part of our credit union, we reward you with a dividend - our way of saying thanks! Here’s how it works:

What decides your dividend?

We don’t keep profits like regular banks. Instead, we share extra money with you! Here’s how we decide:

  1. Our Profits: After paying bills and saving what we need as a credit union, we share the rest with members.
  2. Member Vote: Our Board of Directors suggests a dividend rate, and members vote on it at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

How do we work out your share?

It's super simple! Everyone gets the same share percentage, no matter how much you've saved.

Your share depends on:

  • Your average savings: We look at the daily balance you've had in your account, on average, for our whole financial year (from October to September).

Where can you see your dividend?

Your dividend goes straight into your savings account. You can find it in the mobile app when you view transactions, or through online banking. Look for “Dividend Paid”.

We’re happy to share our success with you! Questions? Just let us know – we’re here to help!
