We want to help you protect your money and information. Scammers try to trick people, so here are some simple tips to keep you safe:

1. Be careful with messages

Scammers might send fake emails, texts, or messages to steal your info.

  • Don’t trust strange messages: We’ll never ask for your password in a message.
  • Check who sent it: Look closely at the sender’s email. Scammers use fake ones that look real.
  • Don’t click on random links: If you didn’t ask for the link, don’t click it. Go to our website or app directly.
  • Stay calm: Scammers might scare you by saying things like “Your account is at risk!” Take your time and think.

2. Protect your personal info

Keep your private details safe.

  • Be careful online: Don’t share your birthday, address, or security answers on social media.
  • Destroy old papers: Shred papers like bank statements before throwing them away.
  • Beware of fake phone calls: We’ll never ask you to move money to a “safe account.” If someone says this, hang up - it’s a scam.

3. Use strong passwords

Strong passwords keep your account safe.

  • Use different passwords: Don’t reuse passwords for your bank and other accounts.
  • Make it strong: Use letters, numbers, and symbols, like “Dog1234!”.
  • Keep it secret: Never share your password, not even with us.
