Sometimes websites act funny - maybe you can’t log in or a page won’t load. One simple trick to fix this is to clear your browser’s cache. Let’s walk through what that means and how to do it step by step.
What is a browser cache?
Your browser (like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) keeps a "memory" of sites you visit. It saves things like pictures and logos to help websites load faster. Usually, this is helpful! But sometimes, this memory gets old or messed up, which can cause problems. Clearing your cache just erases this memory so your browser can load a fresh version of the website.
