Our app is here to help you manage your money easily, but sometimes things don’t work as they should. Don’t worry! Most problems can be fixed quickly with these simple steps.

1. Is your app updated?

If the app isn’t working, it might need an update.

  • What to do:
    Go to the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play Store (for Android phones).
    Search for our app. If you see an Update button, tap it to get the latest version.

2. Check your internet

The app may need a good connection to work well.

  • What to do:
    Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have strong mobile data (like 4G or 5G).
    If one isn’t working, try switching to the other.

3. Close and reopen the app

Sometimes the app just needs a quick restart.

  • What to do:
    Close the app completely (swipe it away from your recent apps). Then open it again.

4. Clear the app’s cache (for Android)

On Android phones, the app stores temporary files that might cause problems.

  • What to do:
  1. Open Settings on your phone
  2. Go to Apps or Applications
  3. Find our app and tap it
  4. Tap Storage and then Clear Cache

(For iPhones, you can’t clear the app cache like this.)

5. Restart your phone

If nothing works, try restarting your phone. It can help fix hidden issues.

  • What to do:
    Turn your phone off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
