We want to keep your money and information safe. That’s why we follow important rules.

In the UK, two big groups check to make sure we are safe and fair.

Who regulates us?

  1. The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA):
They are part of the Bank of England. They check we have enough money to stay open and safe.
  2. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA):
They check we are fair and give you honest information.

What does this mean for you?

Because these groups check us:

  • Your money is safe:
If we ever run into trouble, your savings are protected up to £85,000 by the FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme).
  • We treat you fairly:
We always tell you the truth and give clear information. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.
  • We follow rules:
We show the PRA and FCA we are doing things right.

These checks make sure your money is safe and you can trust us.
