When you share your thoughts, we listen and take action to improve your experience. Here’s how your feedback helps us.

Why your feedback is important

Your ideas and opinions show us how we’re doing. If you share a suggestion, point out a problem, or say something you like, it helps us make your credit union better for everyone.

What we do with your feedback

We use your feedback in three main ways:

  1. Making our services better

If something is hard to use or takes too long, we want to fix it! Your feedback helps us make things easier, like improving our app, speeding up processes, or creating simpler forms.

  1. Creating new products

Your needs can change, and we want to keep up. If you tell us you want new types of savings accounts, loans, or services, we work to create useful products that match your needs.

  1. Improving your experience

We want every time you talk to us or use our services to be a great experience. Your feedback helps us celebrate staff who do a great job and train others to do even better.
